Whether you are looking for a small/large hunting tract or acquiring land for your growing portfolio, we have a growing list of available land.

We can arrange forestry services and supervise logging procedures on your timber tracts. We work directly with the mills to provide you with the best prices in the market.

If you have had timber cut on your property, we can clean up behind the timber crews and get your property back into a usable condition. We can also do a full pasture reclamation and turn your clear cut back into usable pasture.

We offer general grading services. We can but are not limited to the list below. If your grading need is not listed below, don’t hesitate to give us a call and we will be glad to assist you.

We can work with individual hunters in the area, as well as local hunting clubs to cut trails and clear food plot areas. We can clean up and/or widen old trails as well as cutting new ones. We can make food plots for you as well. If you have a big oak tree in the woods, let u clear all the smaller trees from around it, plow up the grounds, plant seed, and you will have a good hunting spot. We will also plant and fertilize your existing food plots.

If the trees on your property have grown out of control, we can thin them out. Choose the diameter of trees you want removed and we will select cut that size tree and smaller. For example, if you select a 4-inch, we will mulch up all the 4-inch trees and smaller. This will allow your larger trees to grow more health and a niece bed of mulch will be left where small trees, brush, and briers were before.

Many pastures and fields in the Southeast are overgrown with wild pear thorn trees. These thorns can flatten tires and scratch paint on your trucks and tractors. If these trees are on your property, we offer a removal solution that does not create loose dirt, ruts, and potholes in your fields as well as no burn piles. We will get your field back in order so they can be easily maintained again.

Understory burning is igniting a low to moderate intensity fire through an area under the forest canopy to reduce surface fuels such as grass, shrubs, needle cast, small trees, and dead and downed materials.

Our mulching and brush mowing services remove underbrush and trees 6 inches in diameter and smaller. This is a great way to improve your property quickly and affordable. Due to virtually no ground disturbance, these services do no require land disturbance permits or silt fences and can be don on short notices. Our state of the are equipment leaves behind a smooth layer of finely chipped mulch that can be enjoyed immediately. With no waste, no hauling, and no burning, this is also a very environmentally smart choice!
